The property is beautiful in such a tranquil location with views of the mountains. 10 minute walk to a stunning river. 15 minute walk to bakery, organic supermarket, cafés. The host was so accommodating when we arrived early as he knew we had arrived by public transport. Fantastic facilities, pool, sauna and steam room are great.

The family room we booked was a good size ,very clean with a big bathroom. The hotel itself is in a really good position in town, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good little spar downstairs handy after a day on the hills.

    We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The location lovely and quiet, within easy access to the slopes. The spa facilities are excellent with lovely heated indoor/outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and relaxation room. Breakfast has a bountiful selection including fresh orange juice, pancakes, homemade brownies and so much more. Staff are very friendly and very hospitable. We really enjoyed our stay at this cosy hotel and will definitely be back.

    Great location, fantastic to have a spa to relax in after a day's skiing. All clean and tidy and only 5 mins walk to ski lift. Would love the opportunity to return.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice fireplace area, spa area and it's nice to have a proper dining room for self-catering meals. The breakfast was great. Spacey room, comfortable beds and duvets (no top sheets!) Very functional ski storage area The dinner options, although announced as "snacks", were actually very good and well served.

    Staff is professional, super friendly and helpful. Hotel looks authentic and has cozy fireplace area with some board games. Wellness facilities help to relax and recover after the day of skiing or hiking. There are many nice restaurants around.

    The stuff and accomodation was above expectations. The swimming pool and sauna is a great plus for the hotel. The breakfast is great and with products from local farms. Very close to Samoens and Jeux de Plane. Few kilometres to Avoriaz. Thank you Mariana and thank you Gabriela and thank you to all your colleagues. We will definitely return as we felt amazing. The cosy atmosphere in front of the fireplace and the hot wine :) wow Thank you for everything.
