We had a room in the smallest category on the top floor and were very happy with it. It was cosy, well designed, with a functional bathroom that even Had a bathtub. We loved the little details like the record player, the doll house with the coffee maker and the snacks from the pantry. The staff at No. 15 was exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got a little surprise in our room because it was my birthday.

The beds were SO comfy! Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We found it incredible how everything was on the doorstep, we didn't have to travel far to go anywhere. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely decor, rooms very clean and comfortable, hot tub room was a highlight! Loved that the water temperature was very warm in both pools and our hut tub, it was a bit cold outside so it was perfect! We also recieved a small welcome gift (bubbles and dessert) for our anniversary, which was such a personal touch from the staff.

The breakfast and all other meals were amazing Staff were incredible best service always with a genuine smile and always very well presented The food was delicious great range and fresh ... nothing was ever a problem they did anything you asked was early for breakfast still setting up so sat in another stunning room with Christmas trees made coffees and came and let us know when could come in... The whole building as big as it is was so well decorated for Christmas .... The Spa and pool were clean and really nice to be in there were 4 steam and sauna rooms all at different temperatures to suit everyone ice showers really refreshed .... whole experience was amazing

The room was spacious and well-decorated. We has all the amenities we needed (robes, slippers, working TV, hair dryer, etc.). The hotel has plenty of activities, so take advantage! We did archery, horseback riding, went to the spa, at at the on-site restaurant, and played tennis (with rackets and balls they provided). It felt like such a genuine country-side experience and was simultaneously relaxing and activity-filled. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely return.
