The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is elegant and attractive. The restaurant is wonderful. The hotel is clean with lovely gardens and ample parking. Our room was large and warm. The towels were large and fluffy.

Absolutely stunning property. Excellent customer service and great staff. Spa was fantastic and clean, treatments were excellent and left feeling very relaxed. Food was delicious and fresh and served quickly and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a twin room- WOW! Absolutely loved everything!! The beautiful room called Loveage we stayed in was divine. The restaurants, the spa, the chill out lounge spaces through to the garden walks. All staff were exceptional, soo helpful always. We adored our stay here for 3 nights and are obsessed with Thyme!!

Stunning hotel - the design of the rooms and the main areas is exquisite, everything is thought through. The restaurant and cocktail bar are great, breakfast was very good as well. The spa is lovely and the working hours are quite long but try to book the treatments in advance as it gets busy. You can also walk around beautiful lake, river and the forest located at the hotel grounds. In short, it's a gorgeous hotel - you won't be disappointed.
