The breakfast was great too with lots of choice and quickly served… you could have as much as you wanted all the food was excellent and always served with a smile. First class restaurant . The views over the estuary and looking to Conwy were stunning. The room was spacious, and the balcony was fabulous. The leisure facilities were high quality. Great variety of spa options and the steam room and sauna were as good a quality as I've used in a hotel. Loved the foot spa and thermal room. parking easy. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Big room and bathroom with indoor and outdoor seating area. Desk and large tv in room. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The Spa is the best spa I’ve been to: hydro pool, pool, door spas, Himalayan salt room, infrared room, sauna and steam room. The rooms are huge with a splendid view of the estuary. We arrived by train at Deganwy station - 10 minutes walk away. From the upmarket teacups to the white fluffy towels, it was excellent. Breakfast choice was good and the service was fast. Loved the crockery, very good quality. Service in the bar area was first class and the Spa area around the pool was so clean and well cared for and the free use of the pool/ sauna/ Steam room made our stay so relaxing The public areas of the hotel were very well cared for and clean. .
