What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.

The location was amazing…we chose to overlook the estuary and our balcony view was stunning and very peaceful . The breakfast was great too with lots of choice and quickly served… you could have as much as you wanted all the food was excellent and always served with a smile. First class restaurant . The Spa was also welcoming . We had a massage and a facial both expertly done..very relaxing also used the thermal area .. all very relaxing . Just what we needed

Wonderful views of the Castle and ever changing estuary from an executive room. Lovely sunsets. All staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts cooked to order. Enjoyed dinner in the Restaurant on two nights. Pleasant coastal walks from the hotel. Convenient location for Snowdonia, Conwy valley and the coast. Conwy town, castle and quayside nearby. Spa/pool nice to relax after a day out walking.

The location was fantastic. The views over the estuary and looking to Conwy were stunning. The room was spacious, and the balcony was fabulous. The leisure facilities were high quality. Great variety of spa options and the steam room and sauna were as good a quality as I've used in a hotel. Loved the foot spa and thermal room. parking easy. Breakfast was very tasty and plentiful. Really needed that walk into Conwy afterwards.

The whole hotel is immaculate and excellently decorated.
Big room and bathroom with indoor and outdoor seating area. Desk and large tv in room. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The Spa is the best spa I’ve been to: hydro pool, pool, door spas, Himalayan salt room, infrared room, sauna and steam room.
Food at the restaurant was outstanding.

An excellent spa hotel with a nice size swimming pool. The rooms are huge with a splendid view of the estuary. We arrived by train at Deganwy station - 10 minutes walk away. Restaurant and bar is very nice and a good cooked breakfast served.

Enjoyed the superbly appointed room and the fabulous view of the estuary. From the upmarket teacups to the white fluffy towels, it was excellent. Breakfast choice was good and the service was fast. Loved the crockery, very good quality.
Service in the bar area was first class and the Spa area around the pool was so clean and well cared for and the free use of the pool/ sauna/ Steam room made our stay so relaxing The public areas of the hotel were very well cared for and clean. . In fact.. we wondered why we hadn't stayed before.
