Excellent location for the airport, being close to the Saughton tram stop. The room is in a nice flat on the first floor and the host was friendly and welcoming. Lovely, comfortable bed to rest your head for the night. Great value for money when you consider the airport hotels are £200+ per night. Would definitely return.

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk.
