Callum and Alexander were absolutely perfect as a welcoming committee. Their warmth and kindness made the checkin process so seamless and every time I saw them I wanted to say hi to them! They made for such a lovely stay. The bar staff in the W Lounge whose names I don't remember (he was from Brazil and she had a lovely show style hair cut) make my time in the lounge especially great as well. Overall the warmth of the staff is unmatched in all my European hotel experiences!

Service from staff throughout the hotel was fantastic. Upgraded room on arrival and offered free breakfast. Concierge recommended a restaurant and when we arrived the hotel had arranged for 2 complimentary glasses of prosecco to be sent to our table.
