This property is ideally located equidistant to the exhibition train stop and the Kelvin Bridge Subway stop, about a 10min walk each way. It is located in a vibrant, trendy part of the city, close to the University and the SEC as well as the Kelvingrove and Hunterian Art Galleries. The rooms are well appointed and suitably grand. But the highlight of this establishment is the personalised breakfast service. Delivered to your table or to your room, it always come with a smile and is always fresh and warm. The veggie haggis is a must try. Special thanks, particularly to Jennifer and Steve for their hospitality. Its this type of service that made me more satisfied with a guest house stay over a commercial hotel chain.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home, especially with a 2 year old child. Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent. Very fast laundry service. 24/7 fantastic room service esp late night.
