Location and fantastic breakfast. The room was HUGE! Staff are very nice and helpful (Stevie in the breakfast room was very entertaining)! I like the fact that it is a repurposed office building. A little quirky in layout, but that’s all part of the charm. Although near busy streets the room was very quiet even with a window cracked open at night. The airport bus stops around the corner. Good and ample restaurants nearby.

The staff was so helpful and made the stay so much better in every way. Location was very good. Fantastic restaurant, bar and breakfast was excellent and the staff is fantastic. We did enjoy the temporary spa and will be sure to come back after the renovations to enjoy the real spa facilities.

Staff were excellent, the room was a great size and the beds were very comfortable. Nicely furnished. The location was perfect for the OVO. Had breakfast and a very good selection of cold hot food was on offer and tasted lovely.

I stayed in the hotel because my wife and I had arranged a relative's funeral lunch there. All round, our stay in the hotel, its elegance, and a courteous staff for whom nothing is any inconvenience, the quality of service and food, made our all too brief stay at the Glynhill a memorable experience.     The hotel itself has gorgeous interior design and the member of staff at reception was lovely checking us in to our room, giving us complimentary glass of prosecco card and welcoming us. The wellness centre room including the sauna, heated loungers and plunge pool were great and we left feeling relaxed however we had intended to use the gym before assuming it was the same area but you need to book your slots in advance and get a separate key card.

    We loved the room, it was very spacious and very well-finished. The bathroom was stunning and we liked the heated towel feature. The bed was very comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the window seat with a hot chocolate in the morning! The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and lots of variety! The location is a short walk to Queen street station and perfect for seeing the city. We loved the wellness facilities, really made our stay perfect!
