PAOLA ,best receptionist ever, I had a complaint and she managed it in a very professional and kind way. I would definitely repeat. Room is beautiful,bed super comfortable, bathroom is fabulous and super clean, breakfast really good , definitely will come back. Spa is good enough, jacuzzi was closed but the rest was open so at the end it was a good experience.

I stayed in an executive double room which was spacious and elegant. Fridge and an ironing board in the room. I must mention Stewart, one of the concierge team. He was exceptionally service minded and friendly.

We had a really great stay at Woolley Grange. Hotel is wonderful, especially as it was decorated ready for Xmas. Location is perfect for visiting Bath. Breakfast and evening dining are excellent, with very helpful staff. It's especially good for those with children and grand-children as the facilities are perfect for young families. Happy to recommend and will definitely be back.

Cherry the receptionist, who was endlessly cheerful and helpful and even carried our cases up to our bedroom. The spa is lovely, though the sauna could be a bit hotter. The breakfast is just amazing. And far too much for a mere mortal. I really wish we could have stayed longer.

Combe Grove Spa and Wellness Centre is more than just four walls and a bed. Every detail is designed with healthy living and well-being in mind, from the onsite fitness facilities to the excellent and delicious menus. The atmosphere Rachel created with her interactions among the guests was very reminiscent of what a hotel stay once was… a place to make acquaintances and broaden horizons. As a result, I had a lovely walk with another guest who also enjoyed walking in the countryside. The beautiful surroundings were good medicine for restoring the soul and refreshing the mind.
