The location in the city is perfect for both business and leisure (it's near the beautiful Leadenhall Market). There's a tube station right across the street. The gym is well-equipped and offers a very nice view. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay, including accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Iqbal really helped with airport pick up and ensuring everything went smoothly. The rooms has a great view and facilities is all there. The breakfast has a great variety and location is perfect, just a 5min walk to the underground.

Service was exceptional, hotel was beautiful, room was extremely comfortable. We were given an upgrade as it was our anniversary, fantastic! The food at the Savoy Grill was top notch. Loved the history of the place. The hotel was also very central, short walk to Convent Garden and walking distance to other sites, otherwise no longer than a 15 min cab ride to most attractions.

    Room was up to expectations, compact but comfortable. Breakfast was great, and although I didn't have time to use it, the terrace bar was very freindly looking. The access to the spa was nice, just to relax in the sauna or steam room after a heavy day was much appreciated.

    The hotel was very clean and stylish. The room was a brilliant size, very comfortable! The spa consists of a shared steam room, hot tub and swimming pool with private saunas in the changing rooms. Breakfast was pleasant, it was not served in the restaurant as this is undergoing refurbishment, however the service was still good in the temporary setting. The staff are very lovely and have brilliant attention to detail, they definitely contributed to the brilliant experience here.
