We had an outstanding experience at Londoner hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly polite. Very clean. The hotels location was ideal, offering multiple shops, restaurants and Christmas's market within walking distance. The aesthetic of the hotel were beautiful. I would highly recommended The Londoner for anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The staff had the right balance of providing supreme service, where nothing was too much trouble and were mostly preemptive, while still being personable and warm. You can find lovely hotel rooms anywhere, but finding the right staff is obviously the Savoy’s forte.

For us this was by far the best hotel stay we ever experienced. From the moment we checked in until we left the hotel, everything was absolutely perfect.     Room was up to expectations, compact but comfortable. Breakfast was great, and although I didn't have time to use it, the terrace bar was very freindly looking. The access to the spa was nice, just to relax in the sauna or steam room after a heavy day was much appreciated.

    The hotel was very clean and stylish. The room was a brilliant size, very comfortable! The spa consists of a shared steam room, hot tub and swimming pool with private saunas in the changing rooms. Breakfast was pleasant, it was not served in the restaurant as this is undergoing refurbishment, however the service was still good in the temporary setting. The staff are very lovely and have brilliant attention to detail, they definitely contributed to the brilliant experience here.
