The room temperature was very cold on the day we checked in and initially the air conditioning didn't work too well so we felt frozen. After reporting to the reception, we managed to change to a room in the 2nd floor, where it was so much better. The reception also sent a staff to assist us with our luggage. Everything was warm here❤️ The new room was also spacious and cozy.

Beautiful modern decor and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our bag was taken up to our room whilst we checked in. The room had everything we needed.

I had an amazing stay. The lodge was beautiful, peaceful and incredibly comfortable. I originally booked a suite but instantly fell in love with the lodge instead. Faye was absolutely fantastic — she went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute request and made sure everything was perfect. The Swan is an historical old inn with so much atmosphere! It is a beautiful old characterful building and we were lucky enough to stay in the room where Churchill slept. Loved how updated the bathrooms were, without spoiling the ambience of the old country inn.
