Very friendly and helpful staff. They offer complementary transport to the cruise terminal. Fast room service. Great location to mall, restaurants and cinema. 20 minutes drive to the paulton parks. Safe area. Nice view from the room. Clean facilities.

Location was extremely convenient between the Central train station and cruise terminal. Also large shopping centre within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choice.

The yacht is beautiful, very well decorated and furnished. What can I say--You are on a yacht! And the host is amazing--he is very, very attentive and helpful. You could not ask for more; it was a great experience. And we would love to do it again.

We had the White Rose room, which was lovely. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff were great. My only complaint is the parking area was tight and hard to maneuver when other cars are parked there.
