Great hotel! We stayed at the Westbourne Park location. Close to train and buses. Easy to get too and felt safe. Loved it. The staff were impeccable, polite, happy and just awesome. Great attitude from everyone of them. I look forward to staying at more Mason and Fifth Hotels

The room was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Very clean and comfy. I was there for a concert in the area and it was perfect, literally next to the Ovo Wembley Arena. Also the Wembley Park area was very nice, if you're in London for a concert I would totally recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The location was perfect and conveniently situated near key attractions and easy to get around. I also tried the room service, and the food exceeded expectations.

everything! it’s only a 3 mins walk to the nearest tube . the staff are super friendly and accommodating. they even helped us store our bags when we went to Paris for 10 days although we checked out of that hotel.
