Fantastic location, 10 minutes walking from York Minster and everything you need to see. Clean and spacious rooms, fantastic lounge and bar area. Complimentary pantry with crisps, juices, sweets and cakes in the morning. Staff is very welcoming and polite. Will definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with a large comfy bed. The pool area and all the leisure facilities are clean and warm enough to enjoy. The grounds are lovely and the eating and bar area are very relaxing. The food was delicious with a good choice. Plenty of parking and a bus stop out side into York. We couldn't fault it and thouroughly enjoyed our stay.

    The room was spacious and well presented with excellent views. Breakfast was excellent, all the staff were courteous and friendly at all times. We had a Spa day which was excellent, very relaxing, in all the hotel was exceptional and I would recommend it 100% to anybody.

    What a find, this is a beautiful hotel with amazing views. The food was very good both for evening meal and breakfast. The spa suite is small but very nice, we enjoyed chilling out here.
