I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves a 10/10. Starting from the incredibly welcoming hosts who were flexible on the check in and out hours. The place was amazing. Space for parking, very clean(and no odors,no moisture) and the view was breathtaking. Better than the photos! Have stayed in many places in Crete and this one stands out!

Perfect for everything. Enthusiastic staff,delicious food and an extremely comfortable and elegant room with incredible sea view. This should be the best resort that l have ever been. You are free to choose lying on the couch beside the private pool or attending the GYM lessons. By the way, hope the lovely cat Roy always being happinness and pleasure. Thanks for every staff feeding this littel baby. Should be here again in the coming year！ （Even with 15hrs flight

We had such a great time at here! Honestly, everything was even better than we expected. The views are absolutely stunning, and the whole place has a really relaxing and welcoming vibe. Our room was super nice – clean, spacious, and really comfortable. The food was also very good – fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety. We looked forward to every meal! One thing I really want to mention is Marina at the Front Desk. She was incredibly kind and helpful. When we had a small issue, she helped us and made sure everything was sorted quickly. Huge thanks to her! All in all, this is the best hotel we’ve stayed at so far. If you're thinking about a trip to Crete, this place is definitely worth it!

I want to thank to the all staff for the great service! The hotel is big and there are many places to walk and relax. The territory is very green and well-groomed, very beautiful views. The hotel has a private beach. Delicious food! Despite the fact that the hotel is huge, there was no discomfort, the service was at the best level. Special thanks to the reception staff, who gave us a room with a jacuzzi, although we ordered a simple room with a sea view. Thank you so much! 🫶💛👋

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️
