A wonderful place for both families and couples, surrounded by green gardens and beautiful bays. The staff were very friendly — the manager upgraded us to an improved family room with a large terrace and a sea view, which was amazing. The staff always checked if everything was to our liking and were ready to help with anything. We dined twice at the à la carte restaurant and really enjoyed it. The pools are excellent, with comfortable sunbeds. The food was good, though we would have liked a greater variety of seafood. Cocktails at the lobby bar were fantastic! We loved everything — the only thing we missed was a bit more entertainment in English. Thank you, we’ll definitely be back!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

It’s a lovely property with beautiful pools on the beach. Excellent food and very well run. We are both cat lovers and appreciated that they looked after the local cats in a feeding station. We got very friendly with a multicoloured scrawny little kit we called Gypsy. Particular thanks to Sissi who sorted out an important parcel we had left in Athens very efficiently. Shout out too to Maria our lovely cleaner and Katerina in reception. The staff are all good but these three are particularly excellent. We wished we had stayed far longer

I’ve never had such a perfectly equipped apartment. You’ll lack of nothing. It’s very spacious and you have AC in every room. After a few days we really felt like it’s our home. We arrived very late, so it was such a nice gesture to find water and fresh fruit in the fridge. The view is so nice to wake up to, too. You will need approx. 5 min. to walk to the beach where you can find Kostas who makes sure the beach is kept clean. You will also find two places to get coffee and snacks there. However, you have to adapt to the slope leading to and from the house. A powerful engine in your car is helpful. Above all, the high-quality equipment and cleanliness made the stay super pleasant. The owner answers super quickly if you have any questions.

Everything is at the highest level, the hotel area is always clean with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a sandy beach with children’s and water activities, a cozy room with everything you need, friendly staff, always ready to help, a buffet with an unimaginable number of dishes, and also Greek, Italian and grill restaurants, bars with a huge number of drinks, evening performances in the amphitheater and on Main Plaza. I planned to see something else in Crete, but the hotel covered all my needs.
