Excellent hotel. Effective and friendly stuff. Beautiful architecture and design. Wonderful beach. Not crowded, very clean and taken care of. Attention to customer wellbeing in the hotel and on the beach. Everything was perfect.

The place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. One of the best hotels we've been to! The room and the views are stunning, the food is great. Romantic and quiet, wish we could stay longer. We took a cooking class with chef Emmanuel, and tea tasting with the Bar manager. we also tried few spa treatments. Everyone was super nice, noting Nikos who welcomed us, the other ladies at the reception, Alex and other waiters, and the two really nice therapists.

All of the hotel and restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful especially George, the Flavours restaurant manager. We were half board and the breakfasts and dinners were amazing! So much choice. We had an ocean front room, which we would totally recommend. It was right on the ocean and we loved sunbathing outside the room and dipping in the sea. The pool areas could get quite busy so we were happy to have our own front patio area. We went to the daily yoga classes at the neighbouring hotel and they were amazing, we are keen yogis and they were a good dynamic class. We also used the spa at the neighbour hotel and loved the treatments. Perfect mother, daughter relaxing week holiday!

We spent three nights at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel, and we could not fault it. The room was exceptionally spacious and well designed, with two wash basins and a separate shower recess and toilet. The bed was big and very comfortable. We had a balcony with a pleasant view, and the room was spotlessly clean.The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful.The location was excellent and we just walked a short distance to the harbour. It is in a very quiet area. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Blue Lagoon!

Staff is soo friendly. Bed is ver comfortable. Hotel designed very well relaxed. There is good service on beach. And the most i like was kitchen. Kitchen is fantastic. You can stay here or if you don't stay only come for food.
