Room was clean, spacious, quiet with an amazing view on the caldera. We got upgraded to a room with a jaccuzi that we really enjoyed. Swimming pool is big, well maintained and you can drink a good cocktail while watching Fira. Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Coffee was particularly good. What makes this hotel go from very good to perfect is the staff that was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Overall a quiet Luxury and authentic place where we spent our one week honeymoon and we will keep wonderdul memories. Highly recommended.

It truly is paradise on earth. The staff was more than helpfull and very friendly. The atmosphere at the property is calm, relaxing and staff made us feel just like at home. Food was superb. Breakfast is personalized for each individual and freashly made. The view, dinners and sunsets here are simply breathtaking. We can not wait to return.

Excellent location within walking distance to main Fira market, albeit a small stressfull climb. Host was excellent & provided us all the infomation needed. Checked us in & gave all the instructions needed. The outdoor Hot Tub Jacuzzi was great & so was the steam room & we still miss it. Host was over courteous & even gave us a free breakfast on the last day. Breakfast was excellent & good qulaity & quantity. Rooms are well planned & secluded from each other offering good privacy. Housekeeping was good & clean. We still miss Cycladic suites & would like to visit again.

Santorini Kastelli Resort enjoys a secluded location just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach of Kamari.

The Resort is run extremely well, with excellent attention to detail. We were lucky to be upgraded, and very much appreciated it, however I would still rate this a 10/10 regardless. I would particularly like to mention the Restaurant/Bar Manager - she was friendly and very efficient, however what we really noticed was that she managed her staff really well - teaching the younger waiters with details/information and kindness whilst remaining their manager. We also would like to mention Nino (on evening reception) - he was so friendly, efficient, and helpful

The place was gorgeous! Brand new, all top notch and super high end, alongside being the warmest and most helpful and accommodating staff! The extras - massage, facials and yoga - were incredible! The location is great with a direct route to the beautiful village of Megalochori - great location without heavy tourist traffic. We will definitely come back!

The experience of staying in One of One Hotel is the best value for money choice we have made for years. We had a truly amazing stay at this hotel! From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed with delicious welcome drinks, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. The service was excellent — our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided every day. All the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic — a wide variety of fresh and tasty food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a great swimming pool with a jacuzzi, sauna and hamam which were perfect for relaxing. And the beach is just a 3-minute walk away — super convenient and ideal for beach lovers! One of the most touching moments was on the last day: as it was my boyfriend’s birthday, the hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Huge thanks for the hospitality! We would love to come back again! 💛
