I loved everything!, from the facilities and view (including my private plunge pool overlooking the Caldera), to the lovely and responsive staff (who also helped us plan our itinerary and made arrangements prior to our arrival, shout to the receptionist Kate!), to the amazing food (even packed breakfast for us when we had to leave very early for the airport on the day of departure), to the relaxing spa session, and down to the lovely ambience of the place! It was definitely worth the price and would highly recommend this 5-star hotel to others!

Everything was just perfect! You have your own privacy, the pool is amazing, the view, the food… But the most amazing part of this stay was the staff. Thank you so much for all the help - everything ahout the island, rent a car, wineries, and all the advice you gave us. Natalia was so wonderful and everything she suggested was just perfect.

Stunning views, comfortable stay, good size jacuzzi for families. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. We have been visiting Santorini every year in the last couple of years and this was the best stay we've had so far. Good breakfast with great variety of choices. Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was super friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were really delicious. Everything was really well done.
