We had an amazing time, and everything was really great: location, staff, facilities, attitude, food, service.... All the little gestures and details (such as small farewell gifts for our kid) really made a nice impression. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day. We were often asked if everything was good or if anything else was needed. We are truly happy with our stay and will recommend the hotel to everyone!!!

The staff was amazing. From the women that clean the rooms to the staff at the restaurant. Manole - the person at the buffet hall was the nicest person we ever met. He took care of us all - our little baby, and teenage girl :))) We had everything what we wish even before saying it. Also Ali was very, very nice and very professional. Best people ever. Also the pool life guard Villi. She was super super nice and lovely girl who took care us. Always smiling and helpful.
