It is a perfect hotel with everything. I stay family room with a shared pool. Staff was friendly. Hotel has a beach with blue flag. Crystal clear sea. I cant say enough things about this hotel.

All the facilities are nearby the rooms, the beach was really nice and food was available for the kids all the time. I enjoyed the specially the spa, Ahmed gave me the best treatment ever.

The service was exceptional! at first, we received a bungalow room with an awful smell on urine coming from the toilet (the toilet seat was practically yellow and needed a replacement) and some ants on the floor. we asked for a switch for another room which was much better. the restaurants needed reservations but totally worth it! we had breakfast and dinner there, every day of the trip. similarly, the staff was SO nice and friendly.
