We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Paralos Lifestyle Beach. Staff and Service: The staff were really friendly and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome. Ambiance: The hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it was fully booked during our stay. This was thanks to its smart design and the private pool that gave us our own space to relax. Location: Being right next to the beach was fantastic. The area around the hotel isn't very pretty, so we suggest renting a car to visit more beautiful parts of the island. Food: The food at the hotel was very good, with a great variety of choices. We appreciated the fresh options for both breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a breakfast room dedicated to healthy choices. Also, getting one free à la carte dinner during our stay was a fantastic bonus. Activities: It was great having sports classes like yoga and pilates available. There is an outdoor gym area as well as a small indoor gym equipped with three cardio machines. Overall, our time at Paralos Lifestyle Beach was excellent. We felt well taken care of and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. We'd be happy to come back!

This is a new, modern design hotel. The guest room is based on white and has a very glamorous atmosphere. The bedside lighting is excellent. The location is also good: it is just 5 minutes by walk from central Heraklion. All staff are friendly. Everything nice!

Top level hotel in the city center of Heraklion. Close to some great restaurants and the buzzing city center. The interieur and rooms are fresh and modern. Great architecture and interieur design/furniture overall. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and fresh products. You can enjoy this indoor or outdoor on the lovely courtyard. Pictures on booking for the rooms are 100% correct. We had a room with a great view on the church with a spacious balcony. Great bed (firm), shower, etc. Best of all was the staff. Katarina and the other team members were very helpful and hospitable! Great cocktails by the way.

My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The entire property is incredibly beautiful – thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating an atmosphere where you instantly feel at ease. The food was absolutely outstanding – everything from the variety to the quality and presentation was perfect. Every course was a delight! What really stood out was the service: the entire team was not only professional but also genuinely warm and attentive. The property is really new, modern and well equipped. We loved having our private swimming pool and the common swimming pool Was extremely relaxing. The bar super efficient and the staff always smiley and helpful. Even for a hot chocolate on the summer!

The hotel was fantastic! Our room was massive and very well stocked. The manager, Fei, and her team, all went above and beyond to make our Honeymoon extra special. Food and the view of the sea from the room was great. We would highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and close enough to walk to all the main sights, restaurants etc. Great taste in decoration. Special 'bravo' to the hot tub in the terrace. A gorgeous little corner of the apartment! The shower room is slightly narrow but the shower itself is a very good size. And there is a lot of storage for toiletries. Christine is very attentive to guests' needs and the welcome pack is surprisingly good. Highly recommend.

We visited just 2 days after the start of the season and stayed for 7 days. The hotel was very well maintained compared to some other Mediterranean locations we've stayed in. The food at the main restaurant had some daily variation with some themes days in between. The quality of the food was always great, especially the local vegetables and meat / fish on offer. Do try the Flavor restaurant with the wine pairing if you can, it's a great way to get away from the chaos that buffets can sometimes be. We loved the onsite gym which is on par if not above some dedicated gyms in terms of equipment variety & quality. The fitness activities are also great! I can recommend the bike tours offered by the hotel, the mountain and road bikes they have are very well maintained and even for me at 2.07m tall there was something available. Give the archery course a try! Hendrick did a great job at explaining everything and helping us improve over time! Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful any time of day and no matter the question. The guest service will try to accommodate any request you might have. Overall we loved our stay at Candia Maris and will definitely come back next year for another relaxing holiday.
