Room was beautiful with a view. Pool was unreal, really good and warm refresihing water. Sun was shinging whole day and beautiful sunset in the evening. The staff was so welcoming and helpfull.

The staff was really friendly and helpful with everything that we needed. They helped us organize a private transfer to and from the airport, get us a rental car delivered directly to the hotel. Helped with carrying the luggage to the transfer from the hotel. The breakfast was nice, not much to choose from but the extra dishses they can make on demand are great. If you're staying for 2-3 nights the food selection will be okay. The staff was also really accomodating providing us an early check-in since the room was already ready on the day of our arrival.

The hospitality from all the employees. Me and my partner got engaged during our trip. The hotel staff did everything to make sure we had an even more memorable trip. From a special table in the hotel restaurant Mavro with a beautiful dinner, to a boat trip to celebrate our engagement. Apostolia, Thanasis, Kostantinos & Aris thank you very much for everything! Regarding the room everything was amazing! From our private jacuzzi with sunset view, a state of the art sound system.

Greek hospitality at it finest. A team of kind, wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make this a really exceptional vacation. The suite was fresh clean and comfortable. Situated between Fira and oia we thought we would need a car but the hotel driver was available for daytime and evening drop off and pick up. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We had a fabulous spa day, very talented therapist. So grateful for the service we received, special thanks to Nikola, reception and Ivan the driver. That said, the whole team were amazing

Perfect location, great and friendly staff. The view is simply perfect. Honestly the view from our terrace was better than anywhere on the island.

Location10/10 , best views in santorini all day long .quiet , relaxing and staff were excellent .Restaurant was superb . We didn’t need to leave the property ( apart from our stunning walks to Oia and thira. Highly recommend and we will be back. ( This was our second stay at the xenones Filotera)
