Best hotel I've been to. 5 star employees. I don't think I've ever been treated so well as at the Nema Hotel. The facilities, the food, the location are excellent. And again, the employees are always willing to help and go beyond expectations. When I return to Crete I will stay at Nema 100% I was sorry to leave. It was a fantastic week

Excellent place for a family vacation. Lots of pools to relax around the hotel plus a water park to top it all off. Staff was very helpful and firendly.

The beach and the sea are just lovely. The pools and the grounds are great. The food is delicious, and you can never go hungry with the all-inclusive option. On a parenting side note, We had two transfers to a nearby clinic for a pediatric visit. All was organized in minutes by the front desk and the hotel doctor without any hassle. We also weren't charged for the extended checkout, which was very thoughtful, considering our daughter wasn't feeling well then. Thank you Creta Maris. We'll definitely come back soon!

nothing bad to say about this hotel. the structure is new, rooms are clean and other parts of the resort aswell. rich buffet for breakfast, many things were the same, but everyday there were aswell other things. we loved that. we used a massage service for the couple, we enjoyed that very much. very friendly staff and very helpful!

My stay at Nana Princess was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken care of with incredible kindness and professionalism. The suite was beautiful, the facilities were luxurious, and the views were breathtaking. The gym was one of the best I’ve ever used in a hotel — spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The dinners at the restaurants each evening were delicious, with varied menus and a fantastic atmosphere. Every detail was carefully thought through, from the breakfast to the beach area and the spa. A special mention to the entire staff who went above and beyond every day to make our stay perfect. Thank you for such a memorable experience — I will definitely come back!

Perfect and very friendly staff (special mention for the maitre Fotis), nice location, stylish restaurant and pool area, quality buffet breakfast and dinner. Had upgrade to a magnificent room with mini pool. Everything I needed was supplied by the staff. Really excellent stay, a full 10.
