We had a wonderful stay at the Domes Aulus Zante hotel. I especially want to thank the Operations Manager, who welcomed us warmly, changed our room to an ideal one, making our stay exceptional. Whenever there was an issue (at the reception), she went above and beyond to resolve it. Individuals like the Operations Manager truly create a remarkable experience for guests. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, and the turtles you can see by swimming 100-200 meters from the shore create an amazing experience. The food is top-notch, and the yoga classes are very professional. The hotel allows for great relaxation and is very child-friendly, which is a huge plus. We look forward to our future experiences with the Domes network with great anticipation.

I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. There was another beautiful girl who I’ve forgotten the name of, but all so helpful and kind.

The beauty of the hotel is even more striking in person; the architecture and decor are stunning. It's impressively large, offering plenty of space to explore. The service was impeccable—staff members were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The facilities were top-notch, with the highlight being the swimming pool, which was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed every meal, trying out all the restaurants on-site. Beautiful apartment, very modern and spacious for what we needed. Walkable to local bars and restaurants, but also in a quiet location. Massive thanks to the hosts for decorating the suite for my partners birthday and leaving a bottle of wine. They were also helpful in suggesting hire cars and places to eat locally as we were there out-of-season.

The apartment in the very center of Zakynthos was a perfect choice! The location is excellent everything is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the port. The apartment itself was very practical and well-equipped, yet also comfortable and clean, spacious, and cozy. Our stay was truly enjoyable, and we would be happy to come back again.
