The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

Everything was great - we loved the calm atmoshpere, private beach just "around the corner" where our 4yo son could play. Even though it was beginning of the season we were swimminng in outside swimming pool and during colder days - we enjoyed the inside swimming pool :) Staff was friendly and great, SPA area very relaxing ❤️

We come back to this hotel year after year and are already looking forward to going again next year. Fabulous pool, excellent buffet breakfast and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, even the pillows are great. The hotel was full but still maintained a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. I stayed at Caldera Creta Paradise Hotel while attending a conference nearby and was very impressed. The room and overall property were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I booked a plan that included breakfast, which was both delicious and great value. The staff were outstanding: incredibly helpful with any questions I had and always warm and friendly. One of the highlights of the property is its direct access to the beach, though I didn’t go in as it was still a bit early in the season. Since it was shoulder season, the hotel wasn’t busy, and given the size of the property, it felt quiet and spacious. That said, I imagine the atmosphere would be much livelier in the peak summer months. I noticed many families with young children, and the hotel seemed very well equipped to accommodate them. Overall, an excellent stay and a hotel I’d highly recommend.
