The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! On check-in we were offered a free room upgrade. The day before check-out, the staff kindly offered us a free stay during the next day until we departed to the airport in the evening. The hotel also nicely prepared welcome gift basket with fruits, sweets and a bottle of wine (? didn't try, as we don't drink alcohol). Hotel room was spacious for a family. The sea view was amazing. The windows were absolutely sound proof. The gardens were lovely! Dinner was wonderful, with many different choices and delicious desserts. The jewelry shop was beautiful. The music performance in the evening was fantastic.

This resort is amazing, with its beautiful cretan architecture, the palm trees, the bougainvilleas, the alleys. Very accomodating main restaurant, clean, friendly staff, incredible food. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable beds.

The hotel is well located with a nice beach front bar. Each room from the Adults only hotel had its own spot at the beach with a bottle of water courtesy from the hotel. Breakfast had a good variety of food and the option of having a brunch at Elia restaurant was very nice.

I love everything about this Resort, the family rooms are big and super clean, the all inclusive meals are delicious and the pastries are super amazing.. I love the free drinks at the beach bar and pool bar.. the concierge are very helpful.. This was a good stay for my family

The service at the hotel is perfect, the staff is courteous and responds to every request with a smile and kindness. The villa is well-equipped, clean and simply perfect. The location of the hotel is truly dreamy, located on the mountain, with a simply stunning view, and is close to all the main places. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Room was great, food was plenty and delicious, the beach was perfect and we enjoyed walking around the complex. Also, i think it was a very baby friendly resort. The baby room was a great bonus.

Excellent rooms and service especially. new modern design and luxurious interior. Loved the pool are as well. Even has a spa area with saunas downstairs (included in the price) Staff was super friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant with good breakfast. Great coffee as well. it was a wonderful end to our trip to Crete.
