had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Isabella, Amelia, and Carolina – they did an excellent job and gave a lot of attention to my kids, making them feel really special and welcomed. Their kindness made a big difference in our stay. The breakfast was another highlight – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety that made each morning something to look forward to. The animation team also added a lot of value. They were friendly, engaging, and helped create a fun and lively atmosphere without being too pushy. The only downside was the beach towel policy. Guests aren’t allowed to change towels daily, and we had to return them ourselves before check-out, which was a bit inconvenient for a beach resort. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a clean, welcoming place with great service and a relaxed, friendly vibe

This is one of the nicest places that a friend recommended to my family. We really felt like home during our stay at Castle Suites. The rooms are so cozy and clean; all the friendly faces around the hotel and in the restaurant are always so welcoming. Our favorite things were the very clean pools, the delicious breakfast and the beautiful gardens all around. The kids loved playing at the children’s pools, feeding the cats and going to the playground. I’m positive we won’t stop coming back to our second home 

Very clean and new looking property, pool right outside the room was great as well. Property was maintained and having a laundry available made it easier to have clothes cleaned without having to pay for laundry.

Wonderful hotel with lovely, kind and responsive stuff. A very special thank to Front Office Manager Ms. Margarita Belaya, who guided us on our time in the city and many other things. Nice breakfast, good cocktails at the bar. I liked the room. There is a good restaurant with delicious Greek cuisine opposite the hotel. I hope to come here again.

We stayed the first week in may we were upgraded on arrival free the location is perfect right on the beach front the rooms were spotless cleaned every day so peaceful there all the staff were unreal they looked after us so well nothing was to much trouble the breakfast was the best I have ever had you would be full for the day after it looking out at the view while have your breakfast was so lovely l have to say a big thank you to the staff they really made our holiday we will definitely be back

The food is the best I've ever. The staff are SO accommodating and friendly. The space is so clean. It is the best hotel I've stayed at in Crete. 100% coming back!
