We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Facing the beachfront, Caldera Beach offers 4-star accommodation in Plataniás and has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden.

We had the pleasure to receive one of the best room the hotel has! - first one in line, sea view! The room (an apartment I may say) was large, 2 big rooms and a bathroom. The sea was few meters away - more than great! The hotel has many swimming pools! The restaurant has a lot of food on each one's taste! (Also gluten free) Great variety! Also the shows they have every evening - were great! Our kids loved the Mini Disco Show 😊

We got upgraded to a seaview apartment at Porto Platanias Beach (sister hotel just across the road). It was calm and really nice, with a beautiful view. The upgrade made our stay exceed our expectations by far! The kids were happy - they played in the waterpark and drank virgin mojitos all day long. No cues at the water park and fun slides. The buffet included in the all inclusive package was okay - it met our expectations (which were quite low). The buffet restaurant was calm and had a nice view, especially the second floor.

Located in Chania Town, 200 metres from Mitropoleos Square, Cretan Berry Kondylaki features views of the city. The property is close to Firkas Fortress, Saint Anargyri Church and Etz Hayyim Synagogue....

Very nice stay in the old center of Chania! The owner is extremely helpful and kind. Lovely terrace! Really good breakfast.

The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

Hotel is amazing,people were extremely nice and friendly.Rooms were very clean and spacious.The pool was really nice,clean and the lounge beds were very comfortable.Great variety of options for breakfast that were more than enough for too people. There is a restaurant that works all day and the food is really good as well. You can attend dancing lessons,yoga and there is also a gym and sauna. Location was great,a lot of beaches nearby amd you can also take a bus to Chania from in front of the hotel. Overall,it is the perfect hotel to stay in Crete.I highly recommend it and we would definitely be coming back!
