We come back to this hotel year after year and are already looking forward to going again next year. Fabulous pool, excellent buffet breakfast and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, even the pillows are great. The hotel was full but still maintained a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The real gem of this hotel is the staff. They are second to none and really make the whole experience worth while.

The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

Just about everything, great position, lovely new and modern room, superb breakfasts, however in a lifetime of travel I have never come across such wonderful staff. Always smiling, always helpful… after a week we felt like a part of the family and we were very sad to leave!

Everything was great - we loved the calm atmoshpere, private beach just "around the corner" where our 4yo son could play. Even though it was beginning of the season we were swimminng in outside swimming pool and during colder days - we enjoyed the inside swimming pool :) Staff was friendly and great, SPA area very relaxing ❤️

- Great location, out of the old town, but close enough that you can go and try some of the incredible local restaurants if you want to. - love the design of the property, the rooms were clever and luxurious and super comfortable beds! Also loved the Elemis products to use in our outdoor bath! - staff were amazing, there was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay special. From flowers and champagne being delivered to our room as it was our honeymoon, to cold towels being delivered around the pool. - the pool area, gym and other facilities were spotlessly clean and beautiful. There was never a fight for seats as there are two pools. - food at the hotel was always high quality. The breakfast was super varied as well.
