We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete. The place was very modern. On arrival at the place, we were greeted by professional and friendly staff. They also talked us through the room facilities and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine. The massage therapist Maria was also amazing in the spa sessions. Extremely professional and we felt so much more relaxed after the therapy session :) 100% recommending their spa facilities. We will definitely book again when we come to Chania again.

Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is just as you see on the pictures and even more beautiful. As this is very important to me the quality of bed and variety of pilows were amazing. Breakfast was a special highlight, with a rich selection of fresh ingredients that catered to every taste. We particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which was of a very high standard.Resaturant is also petfect place for dinner. Attention to detail was evident throughout, adding to the sense of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking the perfect place on Crete. I will definitely be returning!
