The staff was very helpful and professional, they even gave us a better room when the tub drain in our booked room didn't function. That gesture was amazing, it shows that they really care about the guests. We will definitely come again to the hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very nice staff, all wishes were taken into account. Breakfast excellent. Beds comfortable. Very clean everywhere. Small clean sauna. Good Massages available. Just a few meters to many restaurants, clubs and the promenade by the sea.

I've stayed at this hotel for one night last weekend (17th Feb). I booked the classic room, but the receptionist was beyond nice and upgraded our room to a premium one. It was spacious and also had an amazing side sea view from the balcony. Customer service is beyond excellence, the hotel/room is very clean and comfortable. They also have a SPA, Gym and Rooftop Restaurant. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly from the beginning until the end of our stay. Breakfast buffet is rich and varied with fresh and very tasty products. The rooftop restaurant is one of a kind with a very relaxing view of the sea, where you can enjoy drinks (especially good signature cocktails), food, snacks and/or desserts. The location of the hotel makes the whole trip much easier as it's located in the center of Thessaloniki so, almost everything is very walkable. Taxis and buses are also easily accessible. Long story short, the hotel offered very good value for the price paid. I'd definitely come back again and again.

The apartment is good located and near to all the most important city spots ( around 15 mins from the town ) The view is just amazing, the rooftop definitely has a magic. The bed was comfortable. It was nice, modern and extremely clean. Our host was helpful and the communication was very good. We love every second of our stay and will definitely be back if we visit Thessaloniki again!
