Spa Hotels in Fira

I'll firstly say that the pictures provided. On booking.com are accurate and the room is beautiful. There was a lot to enjoy and to praise about my stay here. The room and 'hotel' area are immaculately clean and my wife and I really enjoyed the private steam room and hot tub. The breakfast was very substantial with lots of options and was delicious. But really, it is the fact the staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive that made this trip a 10/10. They would always say good morning and good evening and we had small requests here and there and they fulfilled them without hesitation. (I'll upload photos to my review if I manage to get them off of my wife!) All in all, I'd highly recommend staying here. Thank you for the memorable stay, team.

The hotel is well located in Fira, within walking distance to the bus station, shops and restaurants. It is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly

I loved my stay at Neo Suites. After being in Athens at a hotel that was extremely disappointing, it was nice to arrive at a place that lived up to the photos and list of facilities. It was clean and cozy, the bed was super comfortable, and getting to lounge in my private pool with a view of the Aegean Sea was perfect. Also, the staff was top notch — especially Tania. I have been to over 50 countries and thanks to Tania, Santorini and Neo Suites will always stand out as one of the best places I've been.

Very clean and well presented exactly as advertised

This hotel is truly exceptional. We have stayed all over the world and this would easily make it into the top 3. One of the major factors that make this an exceptional hotel is the staff and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast. You are greeted with such warmth and truly genuine care. One staff member in particular Athanasia who worked on reception was a pure joy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is relatively new but the management have excelled in their staffing choices and I am convinced this will be one of the most sought after hotels in Santorini.

This was a brilliant place to stay. It looks so well with lovely garden and so well maintained inside and outside the villa. Everything has a very new and modern feel to it. The restaurant area has excellent staff (especially George) with a lovely atmosphere with very trendy music playing at all times. Lunch is very reasonably priced and our breakfast was excellent with good portions considering we expected a continental style offering. The pool area is well maintained and we were given as many towels as needed and all staff were so attentive. Our Villa was exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious. We found the reception staff (Katerina/Dora/Zoe) to be brilliant (they work exceptionally long hours) and could not have been more helpful. The courtesy taxi was really punctual and the driver lovely. Katerina organised a fabulous boat trip that I would recommend strongly and also got a rental car organised when needed. I would recommend people staying to consider getting a rental car if they wish to see all of the island. The resort benefits from its location where it is away from the main centres and so is nice and quiet. However, it is equally only a short drive or taxi to the capital city Fira, and the airport. This was our first time to stay in a Villa Resort and I would highly recommend it to other based on this experience. Congratulations to all staff and management on providing this fabulous experience. We struggled to decide on a hotel in santorini as there was so much choice. We found the San marino suites and decided it was the right choice for us. After having a fall at the airport the hotel transfer took us to the emergency room and left a number to call him back to pick us up. We arrived at the hotel very late and were so impressed at the room being beautifully decorated and very spacious. The next morning we explored the area around our room located next to katsabo (we were worried about noise but could not hear it in our bedroom) the area was lovely and clean with a very calming vibe. We went to reception and were greeted by an amazing friendly staff member who was so concerned about my health, the check in process was simple and we were offered advice on extras the hotel offered including a jeep tour and a boat trip, we opted to book both. The jeep trip was taken by George who was so friendly and informative about the history of the island. It was so nice to see his passion for santorini and he was telling us facts but making it more personal by including anecdotes from his own family. If you only do one thing book this! It is worth every penny and you get to see amazing places. The boat trip was from santorini star and wr opted for the sunset trip. This was amazing and the Staff on board were again so knowledge and explained stories and history from various points along the route. It also includes hotel pick up and drop off which is very handy. The hotel is about 6 minute walk from fira centre (to get there is uphill) but it has lovely views along the way. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone from the beautiful rooms to the amazing staff! I honestly can't thank you enough for our stay. Both women on reception and the 2 drivers we had (sorry I'm so bad at names) were amazing and constantly checked I was ok, we truly felt sad to leave.

We just loved everything, the whole experience! I chose this hotel on purpose and I was not disappointed! Highly recommendable if you need tranquility, total relaxation, boutique experience, friendly and educated staff, breathtaking views, classy service and much more…I would give 10+ if I could
