Very friendly and helpful staff. They kept in touch with us before the check-in with WhatsApp to arrange transport from the port to the hotel. During our stay, we could also just WhatsApp message the staff for assistance and they will promptly reply. The constantly warm private small pool and the stream bath room are also nice.

The service was great, the team is very very nice and helpful. Breakfasts are very tasty. The room is in great design and you have all you need: cosmetics, flip flaps, towels. Additonally the team gave us extra pillows (and even ask of which kind of softness do we wish). The balcony is amazing! Absolutely gorgeous pool with clean and warm water, additionally laying chaise for sunbathing and table with chairs for evening chilling. The view especially with the sunrise is stunning. Thank you!

This hotel is truly exceptional. We have stayed all over the world and this would easily make it into the top 3. One of the major factors that make this an exceptional hotel is the staff and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, especially the amazing breakfast. You are greeted with such warmth and truly genuine care. One staff member in particular Athanasia who worked on reception was a pure joy to deal with and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. This hotel is relatively new but the management have excelled in their staffing choices and I am convinced this will be one of the most sought after hotels in Santorini.

Most beautifull location of Fira. Warm and personal attention from the lovely owners of Desiterra and their dog, mr. Smarty. The beautiful high authentic ceilings of the villa with open space, luxuriously furnished and rooms cleaned every day. Good food & drinks and friendly staff. Perfect private pool (with a view!), but also the main pool with pool-bar was amazing. We will definitely come back!
