The hotel location is superb, it's very close to the sailing and waters sports. The restaurants and bars are also very close - a couple of minutes walk and are top quality. The pool is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers with thick comfy cushions. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff and very friendly and helpful. I can't rate this one highly enough.

Superb nature resort with beautiful rooms, pools and dining area ! The staff were super kind and attentive to the needs of my family even if they don’t all speak English. We had a perfect stay and would strongly recommend the hotel and personally I would come back many times.

Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.

I loved everything about Crystal Waters. The location was great as in Lefkada you need to rent a car and just travel the island anyway. A few min drive to town. The hotel is divided into two main areas with their pools and some housing that is spread on the hillside. I stayed in 3 different rooms and loved everyone. The team was amazing and upgraded my stay. In the end, I received a double story Vila on the main pool which would have been good for a whole family in a great price. The team was INCREDIBLE as they accommodated my every request including assistance with renting a car, extending my stay and more. Specifically Eleni Dimitris, the frontdest manager, and also Vannesa, Anesa and others who helped. Breakfast was very nice and versatile, and food at the restaurant is really nice. The main pool is a bit cold for me but it has a really nice atmosphere with nusic and a cocktail bar with Panos making great cocktails. Absolutely recommend!

Perfect location ! The sea water clarity was amazing , the stuff were very friendly with genuine smile that made us feel appreciated. Every day the room was cleaned unlike other 5star hotels , breakfast had good quality products and the restaurant “Segreto” was amazing !
