It was a new hotel but the stuff is providing exceptional customer service. Right from the beginning Jura and Kim were very helpful to arrange early check-in due to my personal circumstances.House keeping ladies did made the room ready under the exceptional circumstances. Martin is just such a gentlemen young but extremely mature bellboy. Marko, Josip and Jayana provided really helpful local tips.

The hotel is 5 stars but at a 3-4 star price. The spa facilities were excellent - the first time I've stayed in a place where they were free. There is a Finnish sauna and a Turkish steam room - which were wonderful after a long drive - as well as an adequate gym room. We got a couples massage at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant very good.

Everything from start to finish. The owner saved us a car park space out the front as we had a rental. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. The place was amazing, it has been renovated to a very high standard. It was pretty much a 5 Star hotel in my eyes. I went for a workout in the gym downstairs, the owner came in with some lovely cold water with lemon. The little things like this went a long way. All the other staff were very friendly indeed. The main eating street is only a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would 100% visit again.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Igor was super nice and already preheaded it up for us when we arrived. After a long journey of travelling, that was just the thing we needed. As the apartment is a little bit secluded in a serene neighbourhood, there are not many food options, so Igor was kind enough to order pizza and salad for us (it was very good). The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend only if you have a car though ;-) but then a 100%! Thank you Igor for your kindness and hospitality 😊

The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had the requisite utensils to cook something. There is a good restaurant underneath. Free parking was very convenient in an underground parking. Zagreb centre is reachable with public transport (No 17).
