Quality of facilities, concierge service and the pools. Rita, our sommelier, was knowledgeable and wonderful and the receptionists went above and beyond when we asked for help and guidance. Definitely recommend the hotel!

I had such a comfortable, cosy stay at the aparthotel. Balatonfüred is a wonderful little place (even in winter!) and the aparthotel was perfect to come back to, to unwind in the sauna and jacuzzi (being winter the facilities downstairs were quiet, so I didn't even use the in-room infrared sauna, but I know I would have if it had been busier!), and lie in the comfortable bed. Aldi is just a couple of minutes away for groceries and Balatonaracs station next to it. Highly recommend!! Oh and - everything was spotlessly clean (coming from a clean freak!!)
