Amazing new place, with everything you can think of to keep you and your kids busy and happy on your holiday. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very nice - big Spa area, which didn’t get overcrowded even on a rainy day. It’s a pleasure to write this review cause we are already not the first time here and guess what? It became even better and all our small comments from last time got improved! So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all: 1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level. 3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist. 4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.

All was very satisfactory. Good value for money and well located for the main attractions. Had a nice stay. Saunas, steam bath and relaxation area was great. Dinner and breakfast was perfect. Awesome hospitality team, very kind and all speak english. Hotel offers discount for the entrance tickets to the Heviz thermal lake.

This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

We enjoyed the proximity to the Heviz lake; also Elizabeth is a sweetheart, she speaks perfect German and English; she helped us and explained on the map how to get to the city center and to the lake; we also decided to drive 16km to Balaton lake and she was very supportive pointing us the best sand beach on the Balaton lake area. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and the fact that AC was functional, was a blessing for us! The bathroom is big and it has a sink and a bath tube. The toilet is in a separate room, and there is also another little sink. Everything was great and we recommend it!
