The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area, close to a tram line and the metro. The hotel is very beautiful! I really liked the hotel’s interior. All the furniture is new and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details (for example, each room has a stylish opening bar). Upon check-in, we were given two complimentary drinks from the bar and two travel passes for the metro, tram, and bus. The breakfasts were delicious and wonderful!

The hotel location, service staff everything was exceptional. The rooms are large. It's right in the middle of town with 10s of restaurants with different cusuines. Close to Tram. It's quite, centrally loclated and not overly crowded like other areas. Special Note: I left my airpods accidentally in the room and went to the train station (5 mins away). I contacted the hotel and they managed to send me a person to hand me the airpods at the station, so that i dont miss my train. This is just brilliant.... I could not.thank them more. Very few hotels do this for you.

I really liked the room. It was in a very quiet location. The New York café lived up to my expectations, it was just beautiful. In terms of service, the lady that served on the first day on the restaurant was very nice and did a great job. In the reception, everything has good as well. I just think in the check in the guy should have explained a bit more about the hotel but I understand that they didn’t have much time.
