The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

The kitchen is exceptional with many many different types of utensils and cups. there are also reciepe books! it feels truely like a home, and the host is punctual and helpful, there are also vizi nudli there so you dont need to rent them.
