Absolutely everything! It is exactly like shown on the photos, no bad surprises, no mold, no weird smell. We slept really good, bathroom was working and even though it’s half open, there were no insects or any animals coming in. Room has been cleaned every day, water filled constantly, breakfast and overall food was really good in the restaurant. Place is super clean, and the staff.. Wow! Not pushy, no fake smiles, super polite, friendly, helpful. Big respect for every single one of you, you’re doing amazing job (Anto & Merwan were our favorites :) I can only recommend this place :)

A wonderful resort with a fantastic location right by the sea. Simply stunning. You can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning and then have breakfast right by the sea - you can't get much better than that. Upon arrival till the last second at Four Elements, everything was fairy-tale-like for me. The position of the resort is amazing. I chose it deliberately for the sunsets i heard of. This is the best spot on Gili Air to enjoy breathtaking sunsets outlooking Mount Agung (Bali)! Also,the friendliest staff one can imagine. So welcoming and caring, that i had to extend my stay! I had not planned on doing the Open Water license but Padma and Juan really got me excited with all the surrounding courses and dives. In the end I am stigmatised for life and can’t wait to go back!

The hotel is located in front of the beach, next to turtle point. Our room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

Very good hotel with the best location. From the arrival point to the hotel - a minute walk. To the right - sunset, to the left points with shops and snorkeling with turtles. Really the best location on the island. On the territory of the hotel there is a great area with a lawn and a cool pool. In the evenings they show good films on the street, a lot of people gather. A beautiful bar and good cuisine are also included. The service is top notch, the guys at the reception are the best. They always solved all the problems well - late check-in, extension of the room. We forgot the key in the room and for some reason our safe was blocked and everything was solved quickly and politely. Well suited for those who go to Gili Air and want to spend this time in comfortable conditions without the risk of getting into dirty bungalows and bad service. I definitely recommend it, we will come back again!
