Absolutely everything about Komaneka at Keramas is perfect. The most beautiful villa, pool, spa, and restaurant - and wonderful staff and service. We loved it so much we cancelled our plans and rebooked so we could spend the last part of our holiday in Bali here.

Even at past midnight, the night staff was very welcoming. After a quick check in, we were taken to our room in their buggy which meant a lot as we had a load of bags and were tired from the flight. The room we booked was small and cozy, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, toiletries and bathrobes were provided as well as a tea service. All communication was through Whatsapp and the response was almost always instantaneous (if late a few minutes, they were very apologetic!). The restaurant was by the beach, huge with lots of seating both in and outside. Breakfast was adequate, which is good because I wasn't too overwhelmed with choices. Food was delicious and served in a timely manner. We also enjoyed the pool, the water was clean and relaxing. At check-out, they arranged a car to take us to the airport. In all, a wonderful experience and we will surely come back to stay. Might try the spa next time.

My stay in Keramas Sacred Rover Village exceeded my expectations. As soon as I arrived I was surrounded by the amazing atmosphere of that place. Staff were super accomodating and helpful throughout my stay. Food and drinks were great. The facilities are incredible. There is also massage available upon request which was great.

I’ve wanted to stay at this hotel for so long, and the opportunity finally came up over Nyepi—it was everything I had hoped for and more. The property is absolutely beautiful, regal, and immaculately clean. My upper-level room was light, bright, and free from any mold, making for such a fresh and comfortable stay. A very quiet location away from the bustle of Bali. The grounds are simply spectacular, and the pool… well, it felt like 500 meters long! Swimming there was an absolute dream. The energy of this place is incredible—peaceful, luxurious, and right on a little beach, making it feel even more special. The staff were incredibly kind, and their English was great, making everything smooth and welcoming. For a five-star experience in such a quiet, magical location, the pricing was beyond fair. Considering the value—including the amazing food—I could have stayed somewhere in Ubud for the same price and had a much less enjoyable experience. Instead, I was standing on the beach, looking back at the hotel, thinking, "Oh my, my dream has come true." So very thankful for this stay—it exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

We loved waking up every morning to the animals outside our room. We loved eating in diner looking out at the lions. We fed the elephants and giraffes. We just every single moment at this hotel everything was perfect ❤️

I got very ill unexpectedly and had to extend our stay from one night to five. I was so surprised, the beautiful staff came to my room with ginger tea and painkillers to help me. The internet connection in the area was cut the night before I had to return to work and the staff came past with a WIFI dongle so I could work the next day. The service really was amazing. I can't thank the staff enough.
