It is a beautiful villa, with views straight out to sea. It is a very calming and tranquil place to stay. The staff were outstanding - extremely friendly, helpful, efficient and couldn't do enough to make the stay a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The food was excellent. It was a genuinely lovely place to stay.

The staff was exceptional, I felt very welcomed and they tried their best to help me out. It was very quiet and great to relax, not much to do in the area but it was easy to get around. Would definitely come back.

I like the living area. But the bushes in the front hided the sea view. You should make either a glass baricade to prevent stray dogs an dlizard entering the propoerty but does not bar the view from room

Everything was perfect. Anything we wanted was done, they never said no to any of our requests. The team is exceptional. Everybody, from the maintenance team to the manager Tagel ensured our stay was perfect. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel. It was very varied (I think around 15 choices of main dishes) and the portions were so big that most days we did not eat lunch. The a la carte dinner menu was also exceptional. Varied, very tasty and in a great atmosphere! The gym is well equipped, I was able to do basic training. The pool and gardens are very clean and quiet. Also, there are not many guests so everybody has their intimacy. My wife treated herself to a 90 minute massage, which again was very nice.

Boasting a private beach and surrounded by tropical gardens, Hyatt Regency Bali is located in Sanur. Guests enjoy garden view from the elegant rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Sanur Beach, you can see a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious international food. The rooms are well-equipped and spacious. There are multiple swimming pools, but I highly recommend the adult pool—it's a good size and very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The hotel also provides a convenient bicycle rental service. All the staff are very kind and friendly. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

This hotel deserves its five stars! My husband and I had the best stay here and it was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We had a villa with a private pool which was truly stunning. The pool is large and cool, perfect for a quiet and romantic day for two by the pool. The stuff was so friendly, we looked forward to seeing them every time, amazing! There is also a shuttle service to Ubud, yoga lessons, spa, gym and activities in the hotel, such as a short cooking class. We particularly remember the cultural evening, which we really enjoyed. The VIP seats are recommended, otherwise you can't see anything. We will definitely be back and have fond memories of our stay.

Absolutely amazing! From the minute you arrive you just feel so welcome. The staff is so sweet and attentive, they all pay attention to detail and seem to care about their guests. We have been to Bali many times and stayed at so many different places but this is my new favorite! The food in the restaurant is very good but the drinks in the poolbar are even better. For us the hotel was close enough to the center but it felt very serene. We absolutely loved the rooms! They were clean, spacious and very well kept. We can not wait to go back!!!
