United KingdomReally friendly staff, all of them - in particular, Asri was amazing and loved seeing our kids and have some really useful info on local things. The kids loved going to the desk to collect the key so they could speak with her.
The rooms are beautiful, looking over the pool. It’s nice and personal, not crowded and more homely. Made the stay more relaxing.
The food is top quality - really well cooked (perhaps for breakfast I hoped for a little more variety, but very minor point).
The hotel provided a recommendation for the driver - he was also superb! Also found us a scooter rental for a great price.
The rooms - the bed is absolutely huge, good for cuddling and also good if you’ve had an argument with the Mrs and want to sleep half a mile away in the enormous bed!
Would absolutely stay here again!
