    This was our first stay at this hotel where an exclusive lounge (The Level Lounge on floor 18) offers snacks, cocktails, wine, beer tea and coffee from 1500hrs for those guests who book one of the rooms on The Level. The extensive breakfast buffet offers Indonesian and Western food in the restaurant on floor 6 where lunch is also available. Ramadan disrupted the normal dinner restaurant on floor 20 but we were satisfied with the sushi and other snacks available in the Lounge.

    Check in and communication with the hotel was easy. The room was nice. Breakfast and pool/sauna were very nice.

    Great hotel with spacious and well-appointed rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and friendly staff. Breakfast had a wide selection, but more Indonesian than continental. Convenient luggage storage.

    Rooms very spacious with amazing seaview. Breakfast in not acceptable quality, breakfast room dirty and crowded. Long waiting for too less elevators for a teenty-floor-Hotel. Nice sky-bar with live music. Not acceptable: in case of fire very dangerous, because blocked doors to the floors!!! Never cleaned stairways. Should immediately be fixed!
