Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua was fantastic from start to finish. Although we only stayed for two nights the hotel and the staff left a wonderful impression on us and we have already booked to come back for four nights in September next year. A special note for two members of staff, whilst all of the staff were great, I wanted to point out in particular, Joy (the lovely lady who showed us around) and Suar (the giggly lady at the Lounge bar) both of these ladies were amazing, and also a mention to the boys around the pool.

we loved everything. the villa is perfect, everything you want and more. big pool, kitchen, comfortable bed, big bathroom with the best bath tube I ever had. the staff went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing time. it was my boyfriend’s 30 birthday and they helped me to organize dinner in the villa and floating breakfast. they even offered us a cake! the food at the restaurant is delicious too! honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at!
