The staff was extremely friendly, and communication was excellent. There was a shuttle to pick us up from harbor and that could be used also transportation to the city. We asked the driver if he knew some good local restaurant, and he took us about 10 min drive away to a bit remote restaurant, which was excellent! He also offered to pick us up after the dinner! The Spa services were very nice and price was affordable. We attended morning yoga (my first yoga session ever!) and it was well conducted and the yoga platform was magnificent! View from the top of the hill towards sea in a morning sun, I do recommend.

Beautiful place with fantastic staff! Really relaxing. Slightly tricky for taxi drivers to find as it’s not on Google maps yet. Also, nobody’s fault but it is actually very noisy at night due to cockerels that are noisy from 2am onwards!

We stayed here one night before taking the ferry to Gili. Liked everything about it, good location right in front of the ferry port and easy to go by foot. Nice pool to relax and clean rooms. The restaurant was also great!

Amazing hotel with great facilities, wonderful view and very tasty food! Our ferry to Gili Air has been cancelled because of bad weather and the wonderful staff from Sadamatra hotel helped us to buy the tickets for public ferry and helped us carrying our bags up to our seats! We couldn't ask for more, I really recommend staying there.

Our stay at Black Pearl was great. The villa is amazing and huge, even bigger than I thought. This was our 3rd time in Bali and all we wanted for this time was a balinese style villa by the beach a bit more far from the busy areas so we can relax and also explore east Bali. It was exactly the dream place we were looking for. I cannot think about anything that could have been better. Very big rooms decorated in balinese style, open living room, very exotic garden and surrounding arreas with palm trees and lush vegetation, big swimming pool, kitchen equiped with everything you would need, possibility to order food at villa. You cannot swim in the sea in front of villa due to very strong stream but the beach is great for long walks or sunbathing. Bias Tugel beach is 15 min walk where you can swim in the sea. Perfect for working remote with plenty of spaces dedicated for work. The staff Kadek and Bayu were very friendly and always happy to help with anything. Easy to communicate with them and they always responded our text messages within minutes. The place was kept clean and tidy. We are highly considering coming back next year.

Everything was just perfect, first of all, the stuff is amazing and that's the main value. But in addition to that, there is a beautiful super-stylish hotel and rooms (all is brand new and of a very good quality), cozy atmosphere, great food, and scenery and sunsets that you'll never forget. It's very close to famous Virgin beach, temples and waterfalls. I love it very much.

Luckily my wife and I booked this Resort for 3 nights in the beautiful region of Sidemen. The personal of the Sawah Indah was extraordinary helpful and courteous. We had a bungalow that was located a little hidden on the property with an open bathroom (partial open roof) and a nice sitting area at the entrance of the bungalow. The breakfast had two options, Balinese or Western type – where we always chose the Balinese breakfast of course. It was also possible to get it as a vegetarian version. The restaurant of the Sawah Idah was also very good for dinner, still, alternative Warungs and other restaurants are available within minutes by foot. A comfortable bed for the night guaranteed a recharge after exciting day trips around this magnificent region of north-east Bali. Unfortunately, we haven’t had the opportunity to go in the swimming pool, but it looked fantastic in the scenery of the beautiful garden and surrounding rice fields.

The room was very comfortable and had a lovely feel to it. There are beautiful mountain views from your bed, which was great. The host was exceptionally friendly, spoke good English and ensured I had everything I needed. He recommended a lovely place for dinner nearby, organised a local scooter tour and arranged a taxi to my next destination. He was contactable by Whatsapp and always replied quickly. Sideman is fairly rural, but from this property there are several lovely restaurants and a few local shops. I also had a great massage while staying here, one of the best I had during my trip!
