Amazing place with even greater staff. Everyone was going above and beyond. The hospitality by every staff member was overwhelming. Our room was great, would’ve needed a few touch ups here and there though. But it didn’t bother us at all! Breakfast options were amazing, if you can pass on cheese or ham. You’ll have great options from the menu as well as a nice little buffet, fresh fruit and an egg station to get every egg dish you can imagine. Also the dining options aren’t overpriced. Short walk to the beach and Seminyak Square. No party people. It was really quiet.

Unbelievably good hospitality. Extreme attention to detail when servicing the rooms. No request goes unnoticed and every need is met. The staff exemplary, food exceptional and cocktails generous. One cannot ask for more. I was wanting for nothing and except a few occasions, never had to leave the premises. Photo shoots, massages, et al were in house. Just fantastic....

They really care about every detail. Personal is dedicated and extremly kind. Thanks to my beautiful royal spa treatment i change my mind regarding possibility to come back to Bali. They save it in a last minute because i was not very enthusiastic about the trip and not impresed with Bali at all.
